    • The Hospital Visitors are a team of people who faithfully visit members/friends who are in area hospitals or homebound.  To join this team or request a hospital visit, contact our Pastor.
    • The Prayer Chain is a team from House of Prayer who pray for those in need and offer up prayers of thanksgiving.  For prayer request or to join the team, please contact Nina Zoch: nzoch49@sbcglobal.net or the church office at housefprayerhouston@gmail.com.  
    • Lutheran World Relief 
      • House of Prayer’s Quilting Groups meet the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month as well as the 4th Thursday of the month and donates their quilts to Lutheran World Relief.  To join, donate or ask questions contact Ruby Reviere:  rubyreviere@earthlink.net
      • House of Prayer collects items for LWR baby care kits, school kits, fabric kits, and personal care kits and offers fair trade coffee, tea, and chocolates through LWR.  To donate or assist, contact Beverly Curtice curtice@swbell.net.

      • Recycling - House of Prayer Lutheran cares for creation and recycles household items: household batteries, household ink cartridges, compact flourescent light bulbs, paper, plastic and cell phones. Drop off your items in the church office.
